Do you have a catalogue?
We do not have a
printed catalogue, as all our general prices are available on the
website. Please
contact
us for a quote on a specific garment, or more photographs.
Do you ready made
garments?
Generally no, however
from time to time garments are available. When they are, an
extra page is added to the website, titled "Ready to Wear".
How long will it take
to receive my garment?
All garments are
handmade to your requirements, and usually take 6 weeks to complete,
however Easter and Christmas are peak periods, and you should allow
an extra two weeks. You will be given a definite delivery date
when you book your garment.
How will you deliver
my garment?
There is no handling
fee, only the actual packaging and shipping costs are charged.
For Australian deliveries we recommend either Registered Mail
(includes insurance up to $100, extra purchased as required) or
Express Post (which is not insured). Registered Mail can take
up to a week for delivery, while Express Post is generally overnight
(2 days for some rural areas).
International
Deliveries are only sent as Insured Articles. Air Mail takes
one to two weeks to U.S.A., and Economy Air three to four weeks.
Courier Delivery can
be arranged.
Do I have to pay a
deposit?
One third of the cost
of garment is required at the time of booking. The balance to
be received before the garment is posted.
How can I pay?
Australian Customers
can pay by Bankcard, Mastercard & Visa, Cheque or Money Order.
Overseas Customers
can pay by Mastercard & Visa or Western Union.
We do not have secure
facilities for Credit Card payments online. Details can be
phone, faxed or mailed to us. NEVER EMAIL your Credit Card
details to anyone. |
